Seal’d Lips by Roxeanne Rolling

I received an ARC for an honest review.
Hana and Noah meet just after high school. She’s a late bloomer, daughter of hippies and he’s already a player with a dark home life. They have an intimate night and then, well the guy’s an ass. Four years later they meet again…

They have great chemistry, and it is a nice story.

This is a great beach read:)

Savage: The Kingwood Duet by S. L. Scott

I received this ARC for an honest review.

This book had me swooning after Alexander Kingwood immediately! I’m about 22% in, and I think Alexander is one of my favorites. He loves Sara Jane so thoroughly, it literally takes my breath away. Sarah Jane has a strength and an innocence that reminds me so much of Ana in Fifty Shades. I can feel the tension growing in the writing. Something is going to happen. The prolog prepared me for it. But I’m still nervous. This is the type of story that I LOVE to get caught up in. Ok, now I have to continue reading…
I’m now 44% in and wow!!! Why have I not known about this author??? I have experienced a meriad of emotions. Mad…jealous in proxy of the character, sad, heart racing steaminess, and contentedness. That’s probably not a word, but that’s ok:)

I want to continue to read. No, I NEED to, but I am so tired!!!!! Maybe one more chapter 😉

62% in now. And I just read a scene that made me nauseous:( I still have nothing but love for these characters. But I’m queasy. I wish I could tell you what happened, but I don’t want to spoil it!!
Wow, I just finished and all I can say is wow!!!! What an amazing ride!!!! I need book 2 like right now, cause, can you say, holy cliff hanger Batman?!

This book was amazing!

Cole by Tijan

I love Tijan. Love love LOVE her!!! For those of you that are as in love with this author’s  work as I am, you’ve read Carter Reed. I loved Carter Reed! When I saw that Cole was first introduced in Carter Reed, I thought I had an idea of where this book was going to go. Carter Reed is a romance where Carter is in the Mafia and the plot goes from there. In Cole,  I thought it was going to be similar. Alpha hot hero and the girl that captured his eye and heart. I mean, Cole is totally swoonworthy, and somewhat alpha , he’d have to be as the head of the “family”, it had a different feel. Cole didn’t need to be tamed. He wasn’t the hardened criminal, user of women sort. He started and stayed as a sensitive, caring, loving man. The chemistry between Cole and Addison was off the charts! One thing I loved was that although Addison is a grieving widow, the romance between Cole and her doesn’t diminish her love for her husband, and you don’t feel as though Cole is getting short changed by falling in love with someone who had previously married the love of her life. She was lucky enough to meet Cole who became another love of her life. Even though Carter Reed and Cole are linked , you do not have to read Carter Reed to understand Cole.  Tijan never disappoints . I loved this book!
